If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, please return it within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be returned unworn, unused and in the original packaging. Contact us at customerservice@smallbutsincere.com to let us know you wish to return your purchase and we will email a prepaid return label for you to use. Package your purchase securely, put the label on the package and then you can give it to your postal carrier or drop it at any post office. When you return your purchase to us within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your method of payment for the price of the item(s). Any return received outside of the 30 days is not eligible for a full refund and is eligible for a store credit. Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card code that will be emailed to you. There will be an automatic 20% restocking fee taken off of the digital card refund amount.
